Ashford University Used Textbooks

Has anyone had the problem of your AA changing your schedule without telling you? I always buy my books a little early and when my AA does this, it messes me up.  It moves the classes I have already purchased the book for to a later date and moves a different one for my next class.  By this time, I have spent my money buying the textbook for the class she just changed.  This is so frustrating.    I would think they would consult us first.

I have not had this problem. I hope that I will not. It is frustrating when you have brought your book and the class has been changed. I have asked my AA to give me a list of my classes ahead of time because I wanted to purchase my books early. She had been pretty good about doing it and my classes fall in line with the order that she has listed. Maybe you want to let your AA know what you are doing. It might help. I wish you the best.

Thanks for the reply.  I had done the same thing as you. My AA made my schedule ahead of time and I was buying books according to it but she changed my schedule again without letting me know.  I told her why I wanted so many classes to be scheduled but she changed them anyway.  I am glad you have not experienced this before.  Also, Does Ashford keep changing your AA.  I have had so many since I started.  It is frustrating.  Thanks again.
