I recently sold a book for $15.00 and paid for shipping out of it.  I had suggested to the buyer to pay for anything else if they needed it because I had already sold the book for $15.00 and paid shipping out of it.  The buyer did not.  The buyer said they did not receive the book and I never had it shipped back to me.  I not only had to pay the money back through paypal but I lost out on the book as well.  I have learned a lesson to always get shipping confirmation.  God bless.

Hello. I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience.  I have a lot of TIPS that will save you many hassles in the future on this website.  Besides getting a tracking number, I also, highly recommend lost item insurance. If the buyer don't want to buy it, then tell them you are not responsible for lost items.  And save all communication with the buyers until all transactions are complete in case you need them for PapPal disputes.  Good luck in the future.

That is good information, thanks College Mom!!  I got stiffed for $150.00 once and I had to eat it.  That was horrible....and the guy knew I was a widow.  I knew he got it cuz he slipped but I couldn't prove it to paypal. Always get tracking and insurance.  Keep communications.
